Terms and Conditions of Armers India Job Portal

Welcome to Armers India Job Portal, a platform designed to connect job seekers with employers across India. By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

1. Definitions Portal: Refers to the Armers India Job Portal website and its associated services.

User: Refers to any individual or entity (job seeker, employer, or recruiter) accessing or using the Portal.

Content: Includes job postings, resumes, advertisements, user-uploaded materials, and any other information available on the Portal.

Service: Refers to the job listing, job application, resume posting, and recruitment services provided by the Portal.

2. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law. Employers and recruiters must be registered entities or authorized representatives of businesses operating in India. Job seekers must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or applying for jobs.

3. User Responsibilities

Job Seekers: You agree to provide accurate personal information, including qualifications, experience, and contact details. You are solely responsible for the content of your resume and any communication with employers. You shall not upload misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.

Employers/Recruiters: You agree to post genuine job listings with accurate details regarding job roles, locations, and compensation. You shall not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or illegal job opportunities. You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of applicants and complying with applicable labor laws in India.

General: Users shall not misuse the Portal by engaging in spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious software. Users shall not reproduce, copy, or distribute Portal content without prior written permission.

4. Services Provided The Portal facilitates connections between job seekers and employers but does not guarantee job placement or hiring. Armers India Job Portal acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the outcome of job applications, interviews, or employment contracts. Subscription-based services (if applicable) will be subject to additional payment terms disclosed at the time of subscription.

5. Fees and Payments Job seekers may access basic services free of charge. Premium features (e.g., resume highlighting) may incur fees as specified. Employers/recruiters may be required to pay for job postings, featured listings, or access to the resume database, as per the pricing structure outlined on the Portal. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Privacy and Data Protection User data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Armers India Job Portal Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws (e.g., the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Users consent to the use of their data for job matching, notifications, and improving Portal services.

7. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and trademarks on the Portal are the property of Armers India Job Portal or its licensors and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute Portal content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability Armers India Job Portal is not liable for: The accuracy or authenticity of job postings or user-provided information. Any disputes arising between job seekers and employers. Losses due to technical failures, downtime, or third-party actions. The Portal is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we disclaim any warranties beyond those required by Indian law.

9. Termination Armers India Job Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, misuse, or non-payment of fees. Users may terminate their account by notifying the Portal’s support team in writing.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Portal shall be resolved through arbitration in [Lucknow], in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before resorting to litigation in Indian courts.

11. Amendments Armers India Job Portal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Portal, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
